Yes. Clients with an active Website Care package can manage their ongoing support through the same dedicated portal.

Yes. The portal includes a dated maintenance history, a record of completed checks and updates, and downloadable monthly maintenance reports.

Yes. Your maintenance dashboard shows your plan, the current maintenance period and the included update time used and remaining. Unused time does not roll over.

Yes. Submit a request for changes or new features, track its progress, and approve or decline any separate quotation before chargeable work begins.

Yes. You can review invoices, outstanding balances and the payment options available for your project or maintenance plan.
