Project scope

Each project is defined by the agreed package, quotation and project brief. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Client content

The client supplies website text, photographs and other materials unless otherwise agreed, and is responsible for ensuring supplied materials may legally be used.

Payment

Website projects use a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before launch unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. A website will not be published to the live domain until the final project balance has been paid.

Revisions

Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may be charged separately.

Maintenance

Maintenance plans are rolling monthly services and may be cancelled with 28 days' notice. Included update time does not roll over. New pages, new functionality, redesigns and other substantial development are not included unless agreed separately.

Domain and hosting

Where Aonach Designs sets up domain or hosting services, these are intended to be held in the client's name. Third-party renewal costs are the client's responsibility unless expressly included in a written proposal.

Handover

Clients can receive either a maintenance handover or a complete handover depending on the service selected. Technical migration or transfer work after cancellation may be quoted separately.
