Maintenance does not include new pages, new functionality, redesigns, ecommerce development, new booking systems, large content projects or third-party subscription costs. Unused monthly update time does not roll over. Website faults caused by Aonach Designs' own development work are not deducted from the client's allowance.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients provide their own website text, photographs and other content unless an additional content service has been agreed. Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied content can legally be used.
Domains and hosting can be set up by Aonach Designs in the client's own name. The client remains the account owner, while Aonach can retain technical/admin access where maintenance is selected.
